Kidney Cancer Complications  

If you have renal cell carcinoma, you are not exempt of complications. The fact that the cancer is often diagnosed at in advanced stage, kidney cancer is often associated with the following complications:  

·         high calcium level  

·         high red blood cell count  

·         liver function abnormalities  

·         rupture of the kidney 

·         damage to the entire kidney 

·         spread of the cancer to your brain, lungs, bone and liver (metastatic kidney cancer)
