Bone cancer can cause severe pain and increased risk of fracture. In addition, the cancer cells can spread to other parts of the body to form metastatic cancers. When bone cancer metastasizes, it can lead to breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, kidney cancer, and thyroid cancer. 

If you have bone cancer, to prevent complications, follow your treatment as recommended by your health care provider, and adopt a healthy life style. In addition, avoid everything that can affect your bone health:  

• stress 
• lack of vitamin D 
• lack of calcium 
• physical inactivity
• And others.
